A PAINTER'S TRAVELS
The top painting was selected for an exhibit at the Pacific Art League in Palo Alto.
I painted en plein air in January on the Northern California Coast. This is North Whitehouse Creek Trail in Pescadero. This area is a coastal terrace prairie which is one of the rarest ecosystems in the U.S. I painted both of these paintings while set up in the same location.
